Goals
The goals sought out, apart from increasing the number of harvesting heads manufactured per week, were to structure the daily management activities, so as to develop a proactive and anticipatory management behavior. The management team wished to delegate decision-making as much as possible to the right level in the organization and wanted to allow people to take responsibility for daily improvement actions.
