Objectives
Seeking to instill a proactive performance management culture in its new factory at the forefront of technology, Fruit d’Or retained Synerforce for a coaching mandate in the maintenance department.
Fruit d’Or set a number of objectives: train and coach managers onsite, so they could properly fill their roles, review the organizational and communication structure in the maintenance department, reduce downtime (in minutes) on the production line and cut inventory and purchasing costs, thereby increasing team efficiency.

- Improve the communication structure and management tools
- Develop management skills through coaching
- Implement performance indicators
- Review the organizational structure, as well as the team’s roles and responsibilities
- Improve the various maintenance processes
- Implement a purchasing management structure (bids, negotiations, orders, reminders and follow-up)
