Having been a manager in various companies, Mathias has a thorough understanding of the reality of this type of position and the challenges and opportunities that come with it. Over the years, he has added strings to his bow, including obtaining a Green Belt certification and becoming a Lean Master with the Mouvement Québécois de la qualité. Always on the lookout for opportunities for improvement, his interventions are always relevant and done with great agility. His favourite part of his job is passing his knowledge on to people through coaching and mentoring. Our director is constantly adjusting his approach to accompany supervisors and managers, both for operational projects and in the context of business process transformation.
