  • Prerequisites: Certified Black Belt + 2 completed complex Black Belt projects

Training Objectives

  • Develop advanced mastery of the tools, concepts, and strategic dimensions of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Learn how to support managers in deploying and sustaining a Lean culture.
  • Consolidate skills in advanced statistics, systems thinking, and change management.
  • Apply the principles of Hoshin Kanri (strategic deployment) to align Lean objectives with business priorities.
  • Acquire the mindset and tools necessary to act as a mentor, trainer, and change leader within the organization.

Training Content

(5 intensive days + practical prerequisites)

  • Day 1: Introduction to the Master Black Belt approach and review of advanced best practices (DMAIC, Kaizen, governance)
  • Day 2: Lean support for managers – Transformational leadership, coaching, strategic communication
  • Day 3: Specialized Lean concepts – Digital Lean, complex processes, frugal innovation, agile transformation
  • Day 4: Advanced statistics – Performance analytics, multiple correlations, predictive modeling
  • Day 5: Strategic thinking & Hoshin Kanri – Strategic alignment, matrix deployment, breakthrough tracking

 

Prerequisites

Recognized Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Completion of at least two complex Black Belt projects using the Kaizen methodology
